Your reps are selling. Your spreadsheet decides who gets paid.
StableCambio is one system that carries a customer from first handshake to their fifth reorder — enrollment, e-signed agreements, private rep carts, physical inventory, fulfillment, billing, and multi-tier commissions. No exports. No reconciliation calls. No month-end guessing.
Every rate above is a per-product, per-tier setting inside StableCambio. Change a rate, and every future transaction re-splits itself — no formula edits, no back-pay spreadsheet. Rates and product names shown are illustrative.
You didn't build a sales organization.
You built nine tools that don't speak.
A CRM for leads. A cart that doesn't know who referred the customer. A signing tool nobody links back. An inventory sheet in a lab drawer. A commission workbook one person understands. Every seam between those tools is where money, time, and trust leak out.
The commission tax
Somebody spends the first week of every month rebuilding payouts by hand. They're not selling while they do it — and when a rep disputes a number, you can't prove it in under an hour.
The orphaned customer
A customer buys through a public cart. Nothing on that order says which rep, which manager, or which referring clinic sent them. The reorder eighteen months later credits nobody, so nobody chases it.
The unprovable chain
Signed agreement in one inbox. Physical unit in another system. Billing in a third. When a customer, an auditor, or a lawyer asks what happened, you assemble the answer from memory.
One record. Followed from the handshake to the reorder.
Most platforms bolt a commission module onto a CRM, then ask an integration to hold the two together. StableCambio was built the other way around: attribution is written onto the customer record at creation, and every agreement, order, shipment, renewal, and payout inherits it from there. Nothing has to be matched back up later, because nothing was ever separated.
Because attribution lives on the record and not on the order, a reorder placed four years later pays the same chain of people who earned it the first time — automatically, without anyone remembering to do it.
Six stages. Zero handoffs to a human.
Enrollment
The customer registers in minutes on a form that already knows who sent them. Rep, manager, distributor, and referral partner are stamped onto the record at creation — not guessed at later.
Agreement & signature
Membership and product agreements are generated from the actual configuration purchased, signed electronically, and filed against the record. The executed document and the transaction never live apart.
Private cart & checkout
Each seller gets their own storefront with their own pricing rules and catalog. The customer checks out in a flow that looks like a normal store — and every dollar routes to the right people before the page finishes loading.
Inventory & fulfillment
Goods enter inventory with lot, location, and ownership attached, and leave it against a specific customer order. You can answer "where is unit 4471, who owns it, and what shipped against it" in one search.
Billing, renewals & payment plans
One-time purchases, recurring fees, financed plans, and shipments all run off the same record. Nothing gets invoiced twice; no renewal quietly lapses.
Compensation & reporting
Commissions post as transactions happen, not at month-end. Every rep, manager, and distributor sees their own ledger. Monthly statements generate themselves and land in inboxes without anyone pressing a button.
Everything below is included. Not modules. Not add-ons.
Priced as one system, because it only works as one system. Here's what it retires the day you turn it on.
Multi-level sales team accounts
Reps, managers, and distributors each get their own login, their own downline view, and permissions that match their level.
Transaction tracking by seller
Every order, refund, and payment plan is permanently tied to the people who earned it, at every level of the hierarchy.
Per-product compensation settings
Set a different split for every product, every tier, and every scenario — flat, percentage, tiered, or override.
Automatic compensation tracking
Commissions calculate and post the moment a transaction clears. Reps stop asking. You stop reconciling.
Deep product configuration
Bundles, subscriptions, multi-year terms, payment plans, tiered pricing, geographic rules — configured, not custom-coded.
Automatic monthly sales reports
Statements for every seller and roll-ups for every manager, generated and delivered on schedule.
Private shopping carts per seller
Each rep or distributor sells from their own branded cart. Attribution is structural — it cannot be lost or disputed.
Agreements & electronic signature
Membership and product agreements generated from the purchase itself, signed in-flow, and stored on the record forever.
Referral source network builder
Stand up referring clinics, physicians, and partners as their own compensated network — separate from your sales hierarchy.
Inventory tied to the customer
Lot numbers, location, movement history, and long-horizon recurring billing against the exact unit a customer owns.
Frictionless customer registration & checkout
Short forms, saved details, plan options at the point of sale. Fewer abandoned enrollments, more completed orders.
Unlimited custom product sellers
Onboard as many sellers, product lines, and partner brands as you can recruit. Growth doesn't require a rebuild.
The same thirty days.
Without StableCambio
- ✕Export orders from the cart. Export refunds separately. Hope they reconcile.
- ✕Rebuild the commission workbook. One person can do it.
- ✕Three reps dispute their number. Each takes an hour to prove.
- ✕A referring clinic's override was missed in March. Nobody noticed until now.
- ✕New product launch waits on a developer.
- ✕Reorders from 2023 credit nobody, so nobody calls those customers.
With StableCambio
- ✓Commissions already posted, transaction by transaction, as they happened.
- ✓Every seller opened their own statement before you did.
- ✓Disputes resolve in one click — the ledger shows the source transaction.
- ✓Referral overrides paid automatically the day the order cleared.
- ✓New product configured and selling the same afternoon.
- ✓Old customers still attributed — so your reps still work them.
This is not for everyone.
We'd rather tell you on the call than nine months in.
Built for you if
- ✓You sell through reps, distributors, clinics, or referral partners — not just a website.
- ✓Your compensation has more than one level, or more than one rule.
- ✓Customers sign something before they buy.
- ✓You hold physical inventory that has to stay traceable to a customer.
- ✓Recurring revenue — memberships, renewals, reorders — is part of the model.
Probably not if
- ✕You're a single-channel direct-to-consumer store with no sales team.
- ✕Everyone is paid a flat salary with no variable compensation.
- ✕You need a general-purpose CRM for a pipeline you never transact against.
- ✕You're pre-revenue and still deciding what you sell.
What operators say.
Three slots below, ready for real quotes. Replace the text, the name, and drop in a photo.
"Placeholder quote — the specific, unglamorous result StableCambio produced. Best ones name a number and a timeframe."
"Placeholder quote — what they were doing before, and what stopped happening after. Objection-handling quotes convert hardest."
"Placeholder quote — a rep or distributor's perspective, not just the owner's. Speaks to the person your buyer has to keep happy."
The four things everyone asks.
Our compensation plan is unusual. Will it actually model?
It was built for a plan with multiple management levels, per-product rates, referral-source overrides, and long-term recurring storage revenue running at the same time. Bring your plan to the walkthrough — we'll configure it live on the call. If it can't be modeled, we'll say so on that call rather than after a contract.
We already have a CRM and a cart. Why replace them?
You don't replace them because they're bad. You replace them because the space between them is where attribution and commission accuracy die. A cart that doesn't know which distributor owns the customer cannot pay that distributor, and no integration fully fixes that — the relationship has to live on the record itself.
What kinds of products does it handle?
Physical goods, kits, devices, memberships, services, subscriptions, financed plans, and long-horizon renewals — separately or in the same catalog. Products are configured rather than coded, so adding a line, a bundle, or a new pricing rule is an afternoon, not a release.
How long until we're actually selling on it?
It depends on how many products and comp rules you're bringing over, and how clean your existing customer data is. We'll give you an honest date on the walkthrough after seeing both — not a number from a pricing page.
Bring your comp plan.
We'll build it on the call.
Twenty minutes. You'll see your own compensation structure running inside StableCambio, with your own product configured, before you decide anything.
Our promise for the call
No slide deck and no pitch. We open the system, configure your product and your comp plan in front of you, and if StableCambio isn't the right fit for how you sell, we'll tell you on that call and point you somewhere better.
